During the winter season, Falkenstugan is primarily rented out Sunday-Sunday.
Shorter stays may become available closer to arrival, subject to availability.
Peak season
Christmas, New Year and weeks 7–10

Other winter weeks
14,900 — 16,900 SEK / week
Exact price is confirmed in connection with the booking request.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
Final cleaning is charged separately and is mandatory. The cleaning is carried out by an external cleaning company.
(A Swedish RUT tax deduction of up to 50% of the labour cost may be available for guests who are eligible for the deduction and pay tax in Sweden.)

Booking information
Your request is not binding. The booking is only valid after our confirmation and receipt of the booking fee (30%). Final payment is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation:
More than 30 days before arrival → booking fee refunded
30–14 days → 50% of the rent is refunded
Less than 14 days → no refund
We are happy to help with rebooking if possible.
